Karađorđevo meeting and Graz agreement | Sastanak u Karađorđevu i dogovor u Grazu

On 24 March 1991 it took place a private meeting in Karađorđevo state residence of the presidents of Yugoslav federal republics Croatia and Serbia Franjo Tuđman and Slobodan Milošević. According to several sources and witness testimonies, Tuđman and Milošević agreed to divide Bosnia and Herzegovina along ethnic lines. There are different versions about what exactly was negotiated: partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina only between Serbia and Croatia or with creation of the Bosnian Muslim buffer state, but in general the new Croatian borders should base on Cvetković–Maček agreement. The issue of self-proclaimed Republic of Serbian Krajina should be resolved by so-called "humane relocation".

While Karađorđevo meeting speculations are a bit of conspiracy, an agreement between Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats in Graz on 6 May 1992 was not clandestine, but failed first of all due to unresolved issue of Serbian claims on territories of Croatia proper.
